Posting Data to a web page via a windows form?

Hi guys,
Is it possible to post hidden form fields to a web page using a windows application? Every search I do on this pulls up some mess about ASP. Ive tried using the LinkLable control but this wont work. Do you know of a control that can do this using Windows forms. This is a new area to me and I dont know where to begin.
