Open .avi as frames in C#

i need to open .avi files (movie) as frames & manipulate these frames in C# in order to access pixels in each frame...
Any ideas about components to add or how to do this?
Can anybody help?

I finally found an OCX called videoocx at www.vidoeocx.com...
i just started working with it & i guess it will help..
Anyway if anyone got any other ideas let me know?
