Slides.InsertFromFile()

Can any one tell me what Slides.InsertFromFile() do, Im trying to add media to a powerpoint presentation and I found this, but it always gives me error. Any help would be appreciated.

OK I found out what it does, it inserts slides into a presentation from another presentation. But what I need is to inserts images to a powerpoint presentation.

Any one has any idea?????
