Using VB.NET for pocket pc application

I will appreciate if anybody can help me on how to use comm control on my pocket PC using VB.NET. For your info, im quite new in this .NET development tools. Please help me at least by giving me any link that i can do tutorial or whatsoever. thanks

Actually i want to do PDA based data acquisition by using Visual Basic.NET but i dont know how. as a start im trying to make my PDA communicate using serial port but i dont find any COMM function in my VB.NET smartdevice application. Hope anybody can help me. Thank you..

Do want to do a Client/Server application for the PDA? You can use the InferRed for that.

No.. I want to do data acqusition cia pda comm port. im comfius cable that connected pda with pc have 2 option, 1 is usb, another is comm port. is this comm port can be used to do any data acquisition when it dont connected to pc. can we program pda to make it work?
