sample code/ideas to convert Tiff to PDF

Im working on a image converter application... Im converting TIFF to JPG...All is fine and dandy...

But i like to know how I can convert TIFF to PDF and add a line of text to that PDF.

Doable in .Net??

any sample code/websites/ideas?
