Retriving Deletd folders in VS Projects

Dear friend
Today I was working on a project that used other project in wwwroot!
I had Add Existing project in my New Project.
I need just some special parts of my old project so I right click on some folders and click del :( :eek:
I find my old project parts cleared :( :o
How can I retrieve those?
 
It dont think its possible has part of Visual Studio. But try looking on www.download.com for "undelete" software or similar and that /might/ help, as when a file is deleted its file nodes are marked as free on the file structure of the harddisk and the data is not actually cleared from the harddrive (unless you use secure deleting software). Also have you tried looking in your recycle bin?
 
Recycle bin ;)

Just undelete them from the recycle bin.
