Is it me or the VB intelisense is way better than the c# intelisense?

In many regards, yes - VBs intellisense is better.
You can "workaround" C#s lack by using Ctrl-Space to show Intellisense in many situations.
Whidbey (next version of Visual Studio) has corrected this for C# with a LOT more intellisense including the ability for VS to learn your "favorites". Its cool.
