Turning tv output on/off

Ive got an ATI Radeon 64MB DDR ViVo, and have been trying to find some code (or anything really) to let me turn the video-out function (ie. seeing whats on my computer sceen on my TV) on and off though VB.net

Any help would be appreciated.
