Detected Dependencies

Hi yall, Im deploying an app and this is my Q:

If setup project detects dependencies... should those files (dll in general) be set in setup project to vbSelfRegister or are they registered by .NET Framework?
I dont want to make two packages just in case they do need to be registered...

If they are .Net dlls then they dont need to be registered on the target system - one of the advantages over COM.
