Tombaby:
The most likely reason why you can't access the Internet using the 32-bit IE
is that you may have inadvertedly installed the NVidia firewall.
If such is the case, go to control panel and uninstall it.

IE 32-bit is the default Internet Explorer so, when you try to activate your
software it launches the non-functional IE.
Also take into account that IE-64 will not show properly pages with flash
and active-x plug-ins.
Those only work on IE-32

RE: i have problem internet eplorer

Tombaby:
You should not have uninstalled the NVidia drivers.
I only mentioned the Firewall.
Uninstalling the NVidia drivers may have left you with an unknown network
adapter and the impossibility to access the Internet.
Please follow only one of the two following options:

OPTION #1
Do a system restore to a moment previous to the full uninstall of NVidia
Software.
Reboot.
Uninstall ONLY the NVidia firewall.
That should work.

OPTION #2
Do a full install of the NVidia Software.
Reboot.
Uninstall ONLY the NVidia firewall.
That should also work.
