How to make Ad Supported Software

Does anyone know how to go about making ad supported software to help alleviate the development costs of freeware? Im not talking about spyware... I hate spyware, so the last thing I want to do is put that on someone elses machine. I just want to set up a rotating banner ad or something... Does anyone know of any good companies to hook up with for something like this? Ive done a google search for things like "ad supported software" or "partner marketing ads software", but the results that come back seem to be irrevelant to what I am looking for.

Hmm, Im not too sure about this, but its possible that you could email some companies for this type of thing. Depends on your software I guess... Try google or something [Broken External Image]:http://www.computerhelp.forum/x_images/images/smilies/smile.gif.. I dunno
