Deploying On Windows 2000

Ok, heres my situation. Im deploying my application to a facility that is using
Windows 2000 computers with no internet access. I have no idea if these computers have ever been online or have any service packs. My question is this, Will my applications run on this machine once I install the .Net Framework on them,... or will it even let me install the framework on them.
Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks
