Hi,

Does anyone have a good well rounded Group Policy for Terminal Servers and
TS users, i do not mind buying one or a guide. It seems some people get a
lot more users onto one box than we seem to and i can only think this is due
to a good GP with maybe a automated nightly restart?

Best practices and what to disable or turn on and off to assist with speed
and maximum. If there are AV's and others that allow more power out of the
server feel free to let the info fly...

Thank you

Re: A Good GP for Terminal Servers

There are so many variables that go into the amount of users on a
system. No two systems are the same or are configured the same. You
can take two systems, same hardware, same software, and get two
different amount of users on them simply because they use the software
differently.

Re: A Good GP for Terminal Servers

so what about a managed server concept, lock after so long, reset a session,
no backgrounds etc, what makes for a good

Office, Internet, Finance Package type terminal server GP, i just want to
run it lean on colours etc and speed for our remote users doing office duties
and timesheets
