Shortcuts in All Users Startup folder

Has anybody succeeded in building a .NET deplyment for a windows application that installs a shortcut in the All Users Startup folder? I cant see how I can add this folder to the client filesystem as it isnt listed under the special folders.

You might wonder why Im doing this. It is for a "Nag" application.

Any help appreciated.
