Server Explorer and SQL Server

Is there a way for me to update the SQL Server database at my hosting company through Server Explorer? I dont have Enterprise Manager and would rather not purchase it at this point. I created my SQL Server database by Upsizing an Access database. But now I cant create stored procedures or make modifications to the SQL Server database.
