[C# or VB.Net] Download Pause/Resume???

Hello, i need a little help, some one can help me to do a file download from internet with pause/resume support????

in vb 6 its more easy, but in VB.NET i was unable to do it...

Hmmmm thats what im wondering, i think its pretty easy if its possible to request the to start sending the data at specific size and just append this packet size to the existing stream.

But im not sure if thats possible.
