Crystal report A3 paper problem

I use crystal report in my ASP.NET application for reporting. My problem is, when I use A3 paper size in my report, it is working fine in my developer machine, but when I move to other machine, the paper size will become A4, and it cause my report not display properly

Even I have install the same driver in deployment machine and change the default printer, but the problem still same.

Any ideas? TQ.
