I was wondering if anyone knew of any website for HOW TO guides on sending emails?

SmtpMail class allows mails to be delivered either using the SMTP mailer service of Win 2000 or through any SMTP server. The links got some sample codethat u can use.

Thanks for that, it gives me somewhere to start.

I wont be able to try it for a couple of days as I have to do a fresh install of OS.

yeah but I dont own an smtp server ... cant I use one that offers me access through smtp ? Like Gmail ?

how do I specify the port, the username, the password etc

Do you have an example regarding this ?
