is there a way to to subscibe to the different groups so that you get an email when someone post a new thread or comments on a thread.. I looked through my profile setting and didnt see anything

there was a folder section.. but that looked like you subscribed to a thread..

See the link that says thread tools just above your post?
Subscribe to thread is there and has an option to get emailed when someone replies.
