Add varying relations using variables

I am adding relationships to a dataset. This work fine if there is one primary key related to one foreign key. I can use a datatable variable. Now the problem arises when there is more than one column as a primary key in a datatable used in a relationship.. My problem is that these may vary and I do not know how many tables may be involved in the relationship. Anyone have any ideas?
