Ive writting this code below which works perfectly with II 5.0 but does not work with IIS 6.0

code:
Prt"<a target=frm_bottom href=""C:\FormsBrowser\Forms\Admission\cathlab.pdf"">" & cInstructions & "</a> "

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
