Thats right. I dont know any reliable hosting for that. The main reason being that it need ressources to run (like a lot) so... Thats it.

I know of one... but it does have a set up fee and No crystal reports... SQL server does have a fee as well.. but it is free for the first year after the setup fee of $30...
