packets help

hi i dont no if im in the good section to post this but anyway.
i wanna if its possible to send a packets...or hex (binary or any thing) if theres anyone knowing about this please let me know ty

Not sure what you mean. To send binary data using a socket connection just call the Write method.

Look around for examples of the Socket and NetworkStream classes.
