Crystal Report fill only bottum of 3 pages

I make a crystal report, it works well.
But i have a section5 (page footer) that is printed on every page on the bottum.

I want to print it only 1 time on the bottom of the 3 page. or sometimes on the 2nd.

Also my Page header is wrong. Its printed on every page. It should just be printed on the first page..
