Publish .NET 2003 Web App

I am trying to figure out how to achieve the same functionality as VS.NET 2005 has where you right click the project (solution explorer) and select Publish and then the wizard comes up. How do I do that in VS.NET 2003?

Its not exactly the publish method you know in 2005, but there is a copy method.

Its been a while but, I believe it copies everthing and not just what you need to run the app though .... I dont have 2003 loaded or I would check it for ya.
