download all content from a request?

Im am wanting to login to a website and do some things on the website like check for information and stuff. How would i download things off the website. not like html and blah blah but is there is way to download an image while making the page request to save to the desktop then load it to the form... Its a captcha image and ive tried several things, none have worked yet. I am able to download the image just unable to download the captcha image that matches the one on the page request.

A few questions...

1. You are able to download "the image" but not "the captcha image". What exactly is the difference between these two images?
2. Why are you unable to download the captcha image?
3. How do you define which captcha image matches the one on the page request?
4. What several things have you tried and in what way didnt they work?

What I mean is you need to explain in a bit more detail what it is you are trying to do and what has prevented you from doing it. It sounds like you want to log into a website, download a webpage and parse the XHTML/whatever for an image URL, then download the image, but to be honest I cant be sure, so its impossible to give you any helpful response.
