asp.net 2.0 - update web site

In .net framework 1.1, I can just upload my DLL file & edited aspx only.

But in .net framework 2.0, after I publish web site, I need to upload my DLLs (there are few dlls) and all my website aspx?

Any alternate solution for this?
 
If you install the service pack you get an alternate way of building / deploying web applications - it is a lot more like the vs 2002 / 2003 way of doing things.
 
What new way is this? Ive the express editions and have installed the service packs and i cant see any new way of doing things.
