Eztwain Error

I am getting a funny error, I am using a Visioneer scanner 9650 V 1.10 and a Visual Basic.NET 2003. I have written a program that interfaces with the scanner using eztwain. When the user clicks the File -> Scan they get the following error.

Error Code 250
System Error

I am not sure what this means any help offered is greatly appreciated.
