Tying cookies to a Specific IP ?

I Have below security requirement for my ASP.NET web application (Framework 1.1)
The cookies need to be specific to a particular client system

Cookies are stored by the browser and as such are specific to the browser on a given PC (admittedly if the pc is part of a domain and roaming profiles are in place this isnt strictly true).

It might help if you gave a bit more information about what you are trying to do / what problem you are attempting to overcome.
