Stopping the suspension of a thread

<font size=3><span style="font-family:Arial Hi, I am trying to make it so that external programs would not be able to suspend a thread that I create within my program.  Maybe I have to modify the LP_SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES parameter?  If you need any more info please ask.
