I am looking for some kind of library, database...really any kind of start to see what I need to do/include in order to edit the tags on video files. (Such as WMV or AVI files). Specifically I need to Edit the "title" field on video files... I know that
MP3s have ID3 tags and libraries for those, where can I get a start on building a program in C$ that supports editing video tags?
