Im trying to use the HttpUtility.UrlEncode method but I get the following error: "The<br/>
name HttpUtility does not exist in the current context".
I have added "using System.Web;" and I still get the problem. I tried adding the System.Web reference via the reference browser but System.Web does not appear in the reference list. I tried reinstalling everything and rebooting the
computer and I still get the error. Is there anything I can do?
