In remote desktop access context, can I develop an application using terminal
services API to make windows 2000 professional as a HOST PC? ie) I want to
access the windows 2000 professional PC(host PC or server PC) from remote
PC(viewer PC or Client PC). Is it possible using WTSAPI32.dll ? If not how I
can achieve this for windows 2000 professional? .

Q: How can I Remote Control my Windows 2000 Pro / Vista Home
client?

A: You can't do this with the Remote Desktop Protocol client.
Windows 2000 Pro, Vista Home Basic and Vista Home Premium
workstations can only be rdp clients, not hosts.

Use NetMeeting or VNC instead to connect to these desktops.

The only desktop OSes which support rdp sessions are XP and Vista
Business, Enterprise or Ultimate.
