How to detect display type : CRT or LCD ?

How can I detect the display type to know whether it is CRT or LCD ?<br/> <br/> For example, with softMCCS and WinI2C-DDC software you can do that.<br/> <br/> I have tried through GetMonitorCapabilities and registry but first didnt work and second return EDID bytes I couldnt decipher.<br/> <br/> <br/> Thank you :-)
