server status

i have a form in c# contains one lablel lable1,timer timer1;

how i can set lablel.text like (STATUS ON  IF PINGING TO SERVER)
                                             (STATUS OFF  IF NOT PINING)

how i can set this using by timer and in form load

suppose i hve like client 192.169.139.100
                             server 192.168.139.200
