Changing screen resolution ScreenRes Namespace?

Ive been looking around the forums to find a way to change the current PC#s screen res but most post point towards having to use the API Calls. Today I noticed a NameSpace when looking for a way todo this called ScreenRes, Is there anything that can be done with it or will I still have to use the API Calls. Ty in advance :)
