WINDOWS.H already included

<p align=left><font face=Arial size=2>I am making the dll out of an exe. </font><font face=Arial size=2>I know that this error goes out when u adjust the order of your includes. I want to know the actual cause of this error and what we have to consider in order to get rid of it. </font>
