RDP no longer works

I am having a very wire problem with RDP connection on one of my windows
2003. When I try to make any rdp connection from any client machine it will
try to connect then its disconnect. I could no longer connect. But around
afternoon without changing any setting it will start working. I have went to
the termininal service manager and made sure there are no stale session
running. Everything looks fine there.
Anyone seen this happening?

Are you seeing any error messages at all? Are there any conditions that
might affect the network in the morning but not the afternoon?
