VS2008 SP1, TR1 not fully supported

I have VS2008 SP1 installed on my system, but when I try to use <tuple>, the compiler shows the C1189: #error: TR1 not fully supported message.  Im confused.  I thought SP1 included all the feature pack, which should have included TR1, including <tuple>, right?  Its in the includes directory.<hr class="sig ben
