VC++ Serial Port

Does any one know is there a class for Serial Port communications?<br/><br/>I have read couple threads, and MSDNs Serial Communications in Win32 tutorial, it use create file, file read, and file write to perform serial port communication. I also foud that VB has a class from System.IO.Port which have the full class have Serial Port communication operations, does VC++ has similar class?<hr class="sig Bo Chen Wu
