Visual basic 2008 webbrowser can't display youtube videos ??? - visual basic.net adobe flash player

Im trying to watch youtube and other social media videos around the net via my visual basic webbrowser control, but I keep getting the error that I dont have Adobe Flash Player installed or my javascript is turned off. I have checked both and see that I have Javascript turned on and the latest Adobe Flash Player 10 installed. It still doesnt play any videos on Youtube or any media sites.

I have seen that other people around the forum have had this problem, but none of the answers have seemed to fix it for me. Any other ideas anyone?
