Visual C# 2008: Web Browser Proxy Settings

Ok, well I want my web browser to use a proxy but Im not sure how to set it, like for example the proxy would be 127.0.0.1:80 idk what to do. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advanced<hr class="sig 14 Yr Old C# Programmer.
