Windows Server 2003 is experiencing slugish performance and at times bringing
it to a halt. After a reboot the server appears to run fine. This has
happened several times, and after reviewing the Event Logs, I found that
there are hundreds of entries for Windows Agent trying to restart. I've
searched the web for an explanation, but since Error 7034 is a generic error,
I have not found any info to help with my troubleshooting. Please see the
exact error listed belwo
