window maximize bug in Visual Studio, text edit time

[EDN Admin]

Over the last couple of weeks,
on two different computers,
all of a sudden, when Im editing
a Visual-C++ program
and click the upper horizontal title bar of
a window, in order to select it,
the dang window maximizes.

All the other windows do it, too.

To select a window,
I now have to click anywhere in the body.

The problem comes and goes.

O.S.:  WINDOWS VISTA   (dum, dum, dummmmm!)

Probably the solution is to upgrade.  Isnt it always?
