Generate sample XML from XSD

In Visual Studio we can generate sample XML in XML Schema Explorer, but it does not generate XML for the nodes which are marked as <xs:nillable = "true is there any settings in VS so that it will generate the XML for NULL nodes also? or is
there any FREE tool that will create sample XML from XSD
