Moving an icon on Desktop

IIRC, in other W98SE machines, didn't have this issue.

In Desktop, I want to relocate an icon. I tried dragging with left key and
right key/move, in both cases the icon will not move.

The icon is one of my utilities, not a windows default icon.

How to move desktop icons?

Have you right-clicked the Destop and ensured Arrange Icons-Auto
Arrange is unchecked?

Thanks, that was it, Auto Arrange had been checked.
