SetThreadAffinityMask() API - Does it support 64 CPU's?

<div class=messageData>Is the WINAPI SetThreadAffinityMask() 64-bit enabled?  Which Windows operating systems (WS2K3 32-bit, WS2K3 64-bit, WS2K8 32-bit, WS2K8 64-bit, other) support using it to assign affinity to 64 logical CPUs?  Thanks.
