C# 2005 to VB.net 2005 Project conversion?

<span id=intelliTxt>Hi, I was wondering if theres a program that could convert C# 2005 project files to VB.net 2005 project files.

I found a program called "CSProjtoVBProj" which does exactly that, except its for VS.net 2003 files, and obviously doesnt work w/ the 2005 project files.

Does anyone know of an updated program or a method to convert project files? Thanks for your help.
