Get CPU Temperature and Fan Speed

Hi all

Please help me how to get CPU Temperature , fan speed and similar information.

I have tried with WMI Win32_TemperatureProbe and some other thing. But didnt work. I think its not much easy as we get other system informations.

Can some body help me on this.

Please very urgent ...
