So you have the issue described here, is that correct?
123869 - Message: "An ActiveX control on this page is not safe" or
QuickBooks Centers are blank

If the settings in IE on your Terminal Server are greyed out, it is
most likely caused by your Internet Explorer Enhanced Security
(IEES) settings. Check your GPOs, under the Internet Explorer
Maintenance Extension.
